Shipping Information
We try to keep shipping costs minimum. Unlike a many other companies, we do not make profits from shipping costs. We are currently shipping the OpenPort only with USPS to keep shipping costs down. Look for FedEx and UPS shipping options on this site soon.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt. You may request a priority service such as overnight or 2 day delivery and pay the extra shipping charges. Super Saver Ground Shipping applies to shipping addresses within the Continental United States only.

PO Box or APO/FPO
Shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. FedEx/UPS do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy
Tactrix products are guaranteed for 1 full year from the time of purchase. If you have a problem with one of our products, contact us and we will arange to repair or replace the item.

We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we can make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case, return it and we will credit your card for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping AND return shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original package with all documentation in order for proper credit.

If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Any item may be returned unused for any reason within 30 days as long as it’s in its original packaging; simply enclose a note with it to let us know how you’d like your credit to be issued (immediately to your charge card, store credit, or exchange).

If the product is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.

Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation.
