    We are the original manufacturer of everything we sell. If you can order the item, it is in stock and ready to ship the same day, assuming you order before 1pm PST.

  2. Do you ship to country XYZ?
    We ship to virtually every country in the world using the Global Express Mail service from the US Postal Service.

  3. How much do you charge for shipping to XYZ?
    We only charge actual costs for shipping. Rates are computed from your actual address and the weight of what you are ordering. To get an exact shipping quote, you should go part way through the order process and examine the shipping cost on the invoice before the payment step.

  4. Are your shippments insured?
    Yes. We insure every shipment for the full value of what you have ordered.

  5. Can you email me a tracking number?
    Every order gets sent out with a USPS tracking number link emailed to you which can be used to track the package progress. The USPS tracking system is primitive in comparison to UPS or FedEx; for domestic shipments it is simply a delivery confirmation service, not a true tracking system with day-to-day status informaiton. For international orders, you should check with your local postal service if the package is taking more than 7-8 days to get to you.

  6. Can you declare a lower value or gift on an item to save me customs charges?
    No. We can only insure the package for the the value we claim on the customs forms. Since we deliver many packages to each country, we cannot claim these as gifts without risking being flagged by customs and jeopardizing our ability to ship to that country. We have learned this the hard way!

  7. Do you accept Paypal, or other payment systems?
    Yes - due to popular demand, we do now accept Paypal. It can be selected as a payment option during the cart checkout process.
